The baptisimal records seem to distinguish them by location of the father ie Anthony Milner of Muker and Anthony Milner of Rampsholm and in one case Anthony Milner of Calverts House.
So it is possible that the families are:
Anthony Milner of Rampsholm probably the husband of Isabel Blenkiron married 21 Jun 1740. As there was likely also a son Anthony in this family, this father Anthony was probably the son of Anthony - baptised 17 Sep 1717.

Burial: 19 Apr 1773 Anthony son of Anthony Milner of Rampsholm. This burial is probably that of a child of the above family.Burial Grinton: 22 Mar 1770 Anthony Milner. This could be the above Anthony.
Anthony Milner of Muker probably the husband of Ruth Alderson married 1 May 1742. Using Childrens names this Anthony is probably the son of James baptised 7 Jun 1718.

Mary - 6 Jun 1764 - Hart LakesBurial Muker: 6 Feb 1766 Anthony Milner Householder of Hart lakes. This is likely the burial of this second Anthony due to the reference to Hart Lakes.
Note the above Ruth wife of Anthony appears to be buried 29 Dec 1799, wife of Anthony Milner of Harkerside, aged 84. ie born abt 1715.
There is another burial which could be the father of the first Anthony above although he is likely to have been buried in 1735. Burial Muker: 30 Jan 1757 Anthony Milner Householder of Muker.
The Milner family had lived for many years in the Swaledale area as quoted in Edmund Cooper's book "Men of Swaledale" page 72.From the minutes of the Richmondshire Quarter Sessions comes this item:-
1606- Richard Milner, of Rashe, yeoman, being accused of sorcerie, witchcraft, inchantment, and telling of fortunes, shall make his submission at Mewkarr (Muker) Church upon Sunday next in the tyme of Divine Service and confess that he hath heighlie offended God and deluded men, and is heartille sorrie and will offend no more.Grinton is the capital town of Swaledale, the next Dale north of Wensleydale. It is about 6 miles north west of Leyburn, and about 9 miles west of Richmond. Grinton's parish was originally huge, stretching west to the Westmorland border.
The Harkers, Milners, Aldersons, Metcalfes, Peacocks, Keartons etc. were all members of the 12 big clans of Upper Swaledale.
Burial: 23 Apr 1793, she was recorded as age 75 and daughter of Thomas Blenkhorne, farmer, of Low Row. Buried in the Chapel Yard.
