In 1901 census of Blackpool Margaret Hunt is an assistant to a Toy dealer.  She is single aged 23, born Cleveleys, Lancashire.

Some trees have Margaret Hunt marring Joseph Jarram in October 1927 but this is not correct as in the 1939 register that Margaret was born 13 Jan 1907.

The following marriage is also not correct as in the 1911 census Margaret is born Ireland.

Described as 2nd daughter married 14th Feb 1889 at the Blessed Virgin Mary in Hambleton Lancashire to Richard Bridge a joiner and bachelor of Clitheroe whose father was John Bridge, deceased, joiner.  The bride's father was William Houghton, farmer.  Witness: Phoebe Charlotte Houghton and Thomas Stephenson Briggs. Why Eleanor says her father was a farmer - no idea, as he was schoolmaster, unless he has taken up farming but he was 69.  At marriage William was at West View Hambleton and that doesn't sound agricultural. Eleanor went off to live in Clitheroe but sent her son to a school in her area.  Robert Bridge was of the firm, Bridge and Sutcliffe, who advertise and who were Builders, Joiners and Cabinet makers in 1890.

In 1861 Ann is with her maternal grandparents at Church Farm Inskip aged 10 Grandfather was Peter Hall aged 73 a farmer and his wife was Ann aged 66 also there was an unmarried s son William aged 30.  Of course there is no concrete answer as to why Ann is with grandparents it may be the usual one of parents got a pub and couldn't be coping with a small child under  their feet.

Catterall’s First Diamond Wedding
Celebration by Mr. and Mrs. John Hall
FOR the first time within living memory, Catterall, near Garstang, has had a diamond wedding celebrated within its boundary. Yesterday, Mr. and Mrs. John Hall, of Carter House, attained the 60th anniversary of their marriage, which was solemnised at Inskip Parish Church on September 24th. 1873, by the Rev. J. Hodgkin. Vicar of Christ Church, Treales. Mr. Hall, a son of the late Mr. Richard Hall, of Great Eccleston, is a member of one of the best known families in the Fylde. Mrs. Hall is also a native of the Fylde, being the elder daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Houghton, school-lane, Inskip. Mr. Hall it 82 years old and his wife 83. Their family is probably one of the most remarkable in the country, for there has not been a death recorded in it for three generations. They had 13 children, 12 daughtere and one son, and only one, the youngest daughter, remains unmarried.
The diamond wedding celebrants are the grandpatents of 29 children, and great grandparents of six.

MUSICAL ABILITY
Mr. Hall entered the scholastic profession in days when schoolmasters were considered of minor importance and worthy of nothing better than the wages of labourers. That, however, did not deter him from entering on this career, and alter serving as a pupil teacher at Copp School, Great Eccleston, he went to St. Mark s College, Chelsea, to complete his studies. While at college his musical ability, already very pronounced, was developed, and he was appointed master of the college choristers. His first appointment was as schoolmaster, organist and choirmaster to the Church School, Stathern, Melton Mowbray, and he held this position for four and a half years. Later he secured an appointment at Penwortham endowed school, where he remained for 14 years. In 1897 he was made headmaster of St. Thomas’s School, Garstang, and here he remained until his retirement about 14 years ago. He is a musician of great talent and his ability found expression in a number of impressive sacred and concert compositions. One of his vespers he gave to a nephew and it is today used in the lodges of Freemasonry. Mr. Hall studied sacred music under the Rev. Thomas Helmore, master of the Chapel Royal Choristers. As a vocalist too, he won some renown, but it was the organ that enabled him to give fullest expression to his musical skill. He was the first organist, or rather harmonium player, at Copp
Church, when he was accompanied by flute players and fiddlers.

ORGANIST AT ASHTON
On his return to the North country he was organist for many years at St. Andrew’s. Ashtonon-Ribble, and when he renewed associations with Garstang he became organist at St. Thomas’s Church, a position he held for a long period. He was regarded as one of the best organists and choirmasters in the North of England. Mrs. Hall assisted her husband at school by acting as sewing mistress, for which she received no salary. She is still hale and active, and only a few days ago while on a visit to her daughter, Mrs. F. Singleton, of Garstang, completed a competition cross-word puzzle, her solution containing only three errors. The family had a little party yesterday as a thanksgiving for the achievement of their parents.

Lena Hayden, age 91. of St.Cloud and formerly of Waverly and Buffalo, died Friday, December 19, 2003. at St.Benedict's Senior Community of St. Cloud.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 23, 2003. at 2 p.m. at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel in Monticello. Pastor Richard Schut will officiate.

Lena was born Wasilka Sidor on July 18, 1912, in Arbakka, Manitoba Canada to John and Elsie Sidor. In 1930 she was married to Erik Olson and the couple had two children while living in Roseau County, Minn.  Erik died in 1937. In 1942, Lena moved with her two small children to Hallock, Minn, and married Stanley Hayden in October of 1947. In 1959 the couple moved to the Waverly/Buffalo area. Stanley died in April of 1974. For the past six years Lena had made her home at St.Benedicts of St. Cloud. She is survived by two children, Joan Hesley of Becker, and Earl (Susy) Olson of Orlando. Fla.; five grandchildren and their spouses, Steven and Debbie Hesley of Big Lake, Butch and Debi Othoudt of Zimmerman, Mark and Dana Matis of Becker, Paul and Diane Palmer of Princeton, and Alexandra Olson of Miami, Fla.; step grandchildren, Mike and Heidi Leverty of Zimmerman and David Leverty of Big Lake; 10 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; son in law, Richard Hesley; and two great grandchildren.
